Dear Students,

Welcome to the Bobcat family!  The Cat Camp team is excited about your recent decision to attend Texas State.  There are many reasons to be proud of our University, and we know you won't regret your decision.

Cat Camp will occur on August 7-9 during the summer of 2009. Cat Camp is an optional two day experience for students wanting to learn about Texas State pride, spirit, and traditions. Cat Camp is led by current Bobcats who have a passion for everything Texas State. Cat Camp does not replace New Student Orientation nor PAWS Preview. These are mandatory. Cat Camp is optional.

Cat Camp is a great way to get started and we hope you will join us this summer. Our goal is to provide you with not only a fun program where you will make new friends, but also with information on what it means to be a Texas State Bobcat and about the traditions we hold dear. We are very much looking forward to working with you as you begin your life on the hill. Thank you and Eat 'Em Up Cats!
